Belleair Country Club has two categories of membership:
Golf & Social/Sports:
GOLF MEMBERSHIPS
Entitle the member to all privileges: Clubhouse and related amenities, Golf Courses, Driving Range, Putting Green, Tennis Courts, Sports Center, Fitness Center, Swimming Pool, Croquet Court and Marina.
Family Full Golf Category – (40 years of age and above)
Initiation Fee: $20,000 + 7% sales tax
Monthly Dues: $415 dues
$140 capital improvement fund
$30 service charge
Family Intermediate Golf Category – (31 to 39 yrs of age)
Initiation Fee: $15,000 + 7% sales tax
Monthly Dues: $311.25 dues
$140 capital improvement fund
$30 service charge
Family Junior Golf Category – (18 to 30 years of age)
Initiation Fee: $10,000 + 7% sales tax
Monthly Dues: $207.50 dues
$140 capital improvement fund
$30 service charge
SOCIAL/SPORTS MEMBERSHIPS
Entitle the member to all privileges: Clubhouse and related amenities, Tennis Courts, Sports Center, Fitness Center, Swimming Pool, Croquet Court and Marina. Golf play is limited and greens fees apply.
Family Full Social/Sports Category - 35 and above
Initiation Fee: $2,500 + 7% Sales Tax
Monthly Dues: $220 dues
$75 capital improvement fund
$30 service charge
Family Junior Social/Sports Category - 18-34 yrs of age
Initiation Fee: $1,250 + 7% Sales Tax
Monthly Dues: $110 dues
$75 capital improvement fund
$30 service charge
All categories of membership, initiation fees and dues are subject to change without notice. Initiation fees, dues and other charges are subject to all applicable Federal and State taxes and are non-refundable upon termination of membership. Belleair Country Club is a not-for-profit, non-equity Club.
